Love the place and Megan in the office is super helpful! The only con I've found here is some of the streetlights at night constantly flash instead of just staying on.
Update: They decided to almost double the price of the valet trash. To "ensure continued reliability and quality of service". It's not that great of a service honestly. The trashcans are so small you can't really fit more that one trashbag and if you put the bag beside the can because it won't fit, you get a call from the front office so they can tell you that if you do it again they'll fine you. So the trash service I already pay for is incapable of picking up more than one bag.
I put in a maintaining for two issues that I was having in my apartment. I was so pleased and surprised when Josh showed up at my door within minutes to look at my issues. Not only were they quickly repaired but he also noticed a blocked drain which could have done a lot of damage to other apartments as well as mine. He didn't stop there he also put in a new ac filter. I love how this place believes in maintaining the property, Please treat Josh well! You have a gem of an employee!
Moved out thankfully. The front desk told me many times that they were going to clean the pool. I submitted tickets requests. The pool has mold all around it with bugs and bees. That's just a disgrace. The washing machine and dryer never clean your clothes. They always had a foul smell after washing. Kia cars getting broken I to all the time. The dog park is always dirty and grotesque. The gates are another problem
The front desk management is not up to par. Breeze ways never swept. Att issues throughout the first floor apartments. Section 8 apartments across the way. Managmt does not care about safety.t he safety guy is never around at night. If you call him, he is always at another location. Road bike stolen from the balcony. Cameras never sent worked. The management spriced up a ton of fees on my move out. I have video of the entire apartment super clean, and still they add on charges here.
I do not recommend this complex.
For the price they are charging, this place is not worth it if you are looking for a safe “luxury apartment”. They have constant car break ins. The gate is always broken and it took them a year to fix the the gate remote. The pool is dirty and always has bees around the side. When we moved in, the kitchen was not thoroughly inspected and there was a disgusting stain that was left by the previous tenant. The traffic at 1604 loop is horrible and you can hear it if your unit is by the highway. The property manager is a keyboard warrior and needs a lot of work in talking with clients. She has no sense of what customer service is all about. After getting our unit professionally cleaned she is still charging us additional fees on top of keeping our security deposit because she said my cleaners did not do a good job. Property Manager Reyna claimed that she is just doing her due diligence and it’s not up to Ridgeline standard when we left the unit. Well, is she saying that moving into a disgusting kitchen part of Ridgeline move-in standard? Or did she failed to do her job as a Property Manager to check to make sure the unit was clean before we move in? Obviously there is no consistency in her work here. She won’t admit it, but she will penny charge you for additional $70. I also forgot to mention, we moved out two weeks early and she waited a week to schedule my move out inspection. I had to email her twice to make sure we get a date right away since we don’t want the unit to sit empty for long. I’m all about customer service and a safe community and we did not experience this with Ridgeline. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a good luxury apartment experience.
Megan Fox was extremely helpful in finding the right townhome for me under a pretty tight timeline. Megan is very professional and went out of her way to accommodate me, touched base with me every day until I finally signed the lease. I'm looking forward to the next few months as a resident here. By far the best complex in and around the stone oak area.
Follow up: 8/26/23. Move in process was seamless. The staff was very helpful and my first maintenance request was handled almost immediately. Joshua came through with the quickness and fixed my shower head. Quiet property and very well kept.
UPDATE: After undergoing a general spray and two Actisol treatment. I have not seen roaches. I was informed other units were treated and residents have the option to have general spay done monthly. This is definitely something USEFUL to know moving forward. I will keep updating this review to reflect how things progress.

These apartments are a far cry from luxury. If you look beyond the beautiful views at the pool you'll see a complex that is poorly maintained.
I am currently renting one of the A2EU 1B Elevator Apartment. I moved in in June and the condition I received in the unit is unacceptable. As seen in my photos food from the previous renter was stuck between the stove and countertop. There is paint everywhere throughout the unit, especially on the hardwood floor. There's also a water leak in my unit that has been there since July I've put in numerous maintenance requests and they have been marked as completed and the leak is still there to this day
The complex has foundation issues causing prominent cracks throughout the unit and it prevents the doors from properly opening and closing. As seen in the photos they are visible gaps between the door and its frame due to these foundation issues.
Furthermore, the office manager is extremely unprofessional and rude to tenants.
I've been a resident for four years, and we've been through several property managers and leasing agents. Reyna and her team have cleaned up the place. They have gotten things done. It's unfortunate that members of our community complain, yet they don't do their part in maintaining where they live. Poor Darrell and Josh are constantly cleaning up after people's pets that's not their job. People are just not used to changes. Thank you for all you do, Ridgeline staff. Some of us see your hard work and efforts. You can't please everyone.
I visit Ridgeline when I travel to San Antonio. They have a beautiful guest suite that residents are able to rent for family members. The suite is fully furnished and accommodating. It overlooks the pool, and at night, you're able to see the new colorful lights. The neighbors that surround the guest suite are super friendly, too. The community is gorgeous and not too far from restaurants and shopping areas. If I lived in San Antonio, I would lease here.
